Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Occam's Model ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Occam's Model is a financial planning platform that helps users calculate their "Freedom Number", the additional monthly income needed to reach their financial goals, and design their "Blueprint", a comprehensive financial model for their business idea to reach their goals.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use our service.

Description of Service

Occam's Model provides:

• Financial Planning Tools: Calculate additional income needed to reach your financial goals
• Tax Calculations: Multi-jurisdiction tax calculations for comprehensive planning
• Scenario Planning: What-if analysis by excluding different income sources
• Business Modeling: Tools for evaluating startup and business ideas (coming soon)

Subscription Plans and Billing

Occam's Model operates on a subscription basis with the following tiers:

• Freedom Number Basic: Access to core Freedom Number calculations (Free or $10-20/month)
• Complete Financial Suite: Full access to all tools including business modeling (~$40-50/month)

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period after cancellation
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• We will notify you via email three (3) days before your subscription renews

Payment

• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• You are responsible for all activities under your account

• You must update your information when it changes

Acceptable Use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt to breach security or interfere with the service
• Do not share your account with others
• Do not use automated tools to access the service without permission

The software, website design, user interface, original text content, and specific implementation of Occam's Model are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Mathematical formulas, standard financial calculations, and general financial concepts remain in the public domain.

Prohibited Activities

To protect our intellectual property and trade secrets, you agree not to:
